Buck McLelland, Owner
California D4/T2 Water Operator, Confined Space Rescue Team Leader Certified.
Buck has over 23 years of experience in the water industry. He has worked as a pipeline and pump station contractor, an operator for small groundwater and surface water systems, and an operator for a medium-sized water & sewer municipality. He has troubleshooted system processes and created savings as well as provided technical assistance for full system rebuild.
Michelle McLelland, Owner
California D2 Operator, B.S. in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, University of Nevada Reno.
Michelle has over 25 years of experience working for water systems in California. She started working in her family’s small water system her junior year of high school! She specializes in regulatory compliance, county and state reporting, and financial accounting, grant applications, and management.

The rest of our team consists of D2 operators or higher that currently work for or have retired from
successful careers in California Water Systems.
